my guess is that Cartman’s interrogation techniques might involve pretending that they are both captives of an interrogator, and fishing for information. I also suspect that Cartman will have something bad happen to the new kid, either jail or exportation at the end of the episode.

Alberto says:
I don´t think its going to be a good episode… Ibeen thinking lately that South park is sort of going down the funny slope. I remember episodes on the 7th or 8th season that were much much funnier than almost every episode in seasons 9 or 10. Maybe this will also be the case of season 11…Its like Stan and Kyle are already too mature, they behave like they were responsible adults or something… Lately every episode has been about Cartman, and kenny just doesnt do anything anymore… At least he was funnier when he died every episode. Don´t get me wrong, Im still a great fan, and South Park is still very funny, but shamefully it isnt as funny as it used to be…

Reggaeton says:
Alberto is right…to bad that Stan and Kyle are being mature and stuff…They r still in 4th grade but act like grown-ups. South Park is turning in to a show that ridicules movies and celebryties. I liked seasons 1-6 much more than this new ones.
Im still a huge fan. SOUTH PARK OWNS!!
27 March 2007, 07:58
Jolen says:
I dont fully agree with Alberto, I agree to the point where Stan and Kyle have become more grown up. From the first season to the forth South park just built up a story for Stan, Kye, Erik and Kenny but now that they got the story I think they should leave it like it is and dont try to follow it up with stupid follow ups. What Southpark is now is nothing like it was in the forth season but not for the worse. And that Kyle and Stan dont have any parts anymore is not true, in the 10 season they took just as much part of the episodes as cartman. If the story would have continued with the 1-4 season story Southpark would have been like…. Lost or something just as gay.
27 March 2007, 10:43
Adam says:
They have always ridiculed celebrities and I do agree Stan and Kyle are getting very mature but I don’t think its going to go down that horrible simpsons road!
We still have many good shows to watch!...hopefully…

I did not say that you need to like/love america to like South Park. But to like the show you need to have some intrest of american problems/events/or whatever to like it. Want an example? What about this: Season 2, Episode Mexican Staring Frog Of Southern Sri Lanka where they make fun of Jerry Springer witch is a very american program with very american problems. If you dont care about thoose things how can you find South Park enjoyable?

some sunofabitch says:
Are you guys serious? I havn’t laughed as hard as I have this season since season 7. Season 9 was okay, but 10 was phenominal and 11 is on the same route. Yes, the story has changed a bit… its much more political, much more satirical, and less situationally driven (as in its rarely about the lives of the characters anymore). Stan, Kyle, and Cartman have outgrown themselves — they play parts rather than themselves. Yes, I miss the old episodes, but take these new ones for what they are — brilliant! Die, Barbara Streisand!! Hillary Clinton, welcome to South Park.
27 March 2007, 17:27
AlucardReversed says:
I have seen all the South Park episodes from ‘ Cartman gets an Anal probe ‘ to ‘Lice Capades’ so I guess I can be called a fan of the show… As all things in life, this show will end. Hopefully not in my lifetime and not like this. I have noticed the transformation of the series and
personally I don’t like it, but I anxiously expect to see it’s final result. I miss the good old days when I could hear “Oh my god! They killed Kenny! You Bastards!”. Nowadays the poor orange-coat boy is only a reminder of what he used to be: a funny character. I miss the days when at the end of each show I could say:“You know what? I’ve learned something today.” I miss Chef’s funky songs and teachings. But I am still a fan. Despite the fact I was disappointed during the last months, I can understand where this show is heading. All the things I mentioned before were repeated in each & every episode. They were becoming cliches. In order for a show to survive it needs to evolve. And that’s exactly what is happening, they’re trying to reinvent South Park. Of course this means that they had to kill a few jokes and characters, but other more complex ones will replace them. A perfect example is Butters who is now the fourth member of the South Park main cast. So all though I might not enjoy these changes, they ensure fresh new stories and perhaps, why not, a broader audience due to their diversity. The older episodes used to focus on so-called taboo subjects but now they also exploit other aspects of life such as MMO’s,TV shows or even poke fun at religions & cults. As long as I can still see my favorite characters in a couple of episodes in which I can laugh myself to tears I won’t mind a few episodes that are a bit … lame. Now as about for people being offended by certain episodes:Don’t be…I am from Romania and I have seen the quintuplets episode. All depictions of foreign countries, religions or cults are stereotypes. It’s just like they said in the rainforest episode “But what do you know/You’ve never been to the rainforest before”.(change rainforest with country or religion) In
fact the most criticized element in south park is the idea of viewing things through stereotypes. Look at the depiction of Muslims, priests, rednecks, superstars or even immigrants and you’ll surely understand what I’m saying. That’s what I love about this show. It doesn’t care who it offends because it is meant as warning not to follow a group mentality and it encourages you to have your own opinions and ideas. So as an appropriate ending to such a long comment. I watch South Park, u should watch South Park, because if U don’t watch South Park then you’re …
P.S.:Don’t let anyone tell u what to do. (not even me, or especially me)Just remember:“Whateva…I do what I want!”

I think these episodes are funny as hell. The Niggers episode was a classic. You can get much better than that. I hope they really make fun of those Muslims. Which knowing things Cartman says they take care of that nicely. Screw those Muslims. I hope they never take the show off air.
27 March 2007, 22:51
g-love says:
d-doc…i think you’ve kind of missed the point of all the south-park programmes ever made… if you see south park as racist or prejudice then you dont get the deep inner meaning that lies within each episodode…
so f*** you you no good stinking jew rat!?
27 March 2007, 23:31

Well… in some episodes rasism is the inner meaning, neither for good or bad. But when they do thoose rasism episodes me and probably many more shot milk from their nose. ^^

Dude no one cares about America’s problems, every country has there own I am from Australia I could not give two shits what happens in America or in the world as long as it does not happen where me or my family live.
Southpark is not really about Americas problems the same thing with the war on Terror was happening in Australia (as in protesting like in southpark) considering we are one of the only Country’s in the war along with the UK and US but what I am saying is that all the problems that occur in southpark usually occur UK and Australia not just the US.
So yeah fuck you Australia does not have to give a fuck about the US problems neither does the rest of the world just so they can watch southpark.
Dude the US is ran christens, Australia is ran by atheists you guys think you run everything and doing Gods will ha ha and so do the terroists.
The US would be taken down easely by China if the US didn’t have allies.
All they do is try to scare people with there nukes you didn’t have them you would be fucked.
Trey and Matt are respectable I believe they extremly smart and tallented
and see the world with a good view.
Lol at Cartman he is awesome especially in Go God go.
The only episode I don’t like is the louce episode.
and i have seen every episode at lest 10 times now.
Things should get better though.

I don’t have “Screw you guys. I’m going home” tattooed on my chest but I know a few lines… Unfortunately I’m not that big of a fan to watch every episode more than three times. But the ones that I really like, I have seen at least twelve times. And with a bit of luck and concentration I could probably lip-sync those episodes. I wouldn’t mind to see a new South Park movie and try to watch it and memorize the songs… I really want a new bigger longer and uncut version of the show.
About the American issues depicted in South Park. There is no reason to argue or insult each other. I think that people from other countries can easily relate to these issues because they resemble situations or problems that are globally available. Of course some people won’t understand what’s so funny when they hear racist slurs or jokes that relate to American culture but just remember the show was meant for an American audience. I had to look up a few persons myself, in order to understand a couple of jokes. I didn’t even know about the Michael Richards incident. All I knew was that he became a washed up actor because of the Kramer character. But this is all just useless talk. I think Token and Stan were right, and this applies both to Americans and foreigners alike: “You just don’t get it”. That’s why I think South Park is still the best. All though it has dealt with racism and other issues many times before, you still can learn a lot from it (including English apparently ). Now if only people could understand what this show really means, or have the patience to seek the true meaning hidden inside…The world would be a better place and maybe one day we would be able to not blame each other or the TV for our own faults.(perhaps just blame Canada:) )
P.S.: I also learned English from TV shows, and for that I can relate to your struggle, Stefan. The only difference is the fact that I use a spelling checker to make sure that others understand me. If you keep watching the show and arguing with others in your comments, you’ll soon get the hang of it.
P.P.S.:Jolen, I know the feeling all though I don’t drink milk while watching South Park. Now the question is: Do you drink milk? Or maybe “you got the crappy kidney”... :)) Just kidding.

You guys are lame. Season 10 was easily the best season ever….never laughed so hard, wasn’t one miss in the whole bunch.
So far, 11 is brilliant as well. Trey and Matt have evolved so much from the beginning and for the better…no longer is this a childish show, it is just biting political and social commentary that is current and hilarious.
The show has grown with its audience, it can’t pander to a new generation of 13 year olds…cause the people who have been with it since the beginning are in their 20’s and want this kind of humour.
You can’t dumb shit down for a bunch of fuckin kiddies.
Matt and Trey keep it real!
28 March 2007, 12:34
Jack says:
I adore South Park and one of the reasons why is that it’s an art to ridiculize everything and everyone. Because people in general can be so damn stupid it’s impossible not to joke about them.
And yes, sure Stan & Kyle became more mature. But in a way it’s a good thing, characters who are maturing means more cynical the jokes. And that’s what I personally like the most. But I do miss the childlike fart jokes sometimes, like this one
‘Hey Stan, you wanna know what I think?’ fart
A classic.
But I was thinking the other night, what if the South Park characters all got fysically older, like for instance Stan, Kyle, Kenny & Cartman with the body of a typical 16y/o. It would also become more interesting I think, observing how they deal with puberty etc. Especially Cartman, my favorite, hehe.
About the episodes: I like em all except for this one; ‘Stanley’s Cup’. I found it a bit boring. But these episodes make me forget about it: ‘Scott Tenorman Must Die’, ‘Awesom-O’, ‘Cartman Joins NAMBLA’, ‘Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset’, and so on.

I have noticed that cartman has become the main character i admit he is a lot funnier now than he was but still its not the claasic south park that i remember.

Hey, saw the new episode.
Oy, there sure is a lot of arguing on this page…
I find, personally, that the season is starting off rather well. It’s obviously leaning towards the more political side, but I still find much humor within it.
Yes, this episode was the 24 parody we were eagerly (or not so eagerly for some) awaiting. I enjoyed it a lot. What I found interesting is that at the end of the episode, Kyle said something that some of you may find interesting, considering all of the racism and anger thrown across this board: “...we need to learn not to profile one race of people. Because actually, most of the world hates us.”
And by the way…
@Jack: don’t worry, the new ep has much farting, and it’s pretty funny farting at that, just to let you know, if you didn’t already see it :p
