This episode was great, I know that they signed for new seasons but when it looked like Kyle died and Stan was sucked into Imagination land, and they were getting ready to nuke it, I was thinking to myself, is this how they are going to end southpark, could this be it??? thank goodness thats not true, and glad Kyle is ok, poor guy tho has to suck cartmans balls LOL.

Cant wait for the final part!!! Watch them do something like they did with Cartmans dad episode and do some off the wall thing again and make us wait for the finale :-p that would suck LOL

25 October 2007, 09:56

Family guy and simpsons were no where to be seen. ah well. they’d be pretty useless evil imaginary charachters anyway, apart from stewie

well who’s to say jesus isn’t imaginary. there has never been documented proof thats he’s ever excisted anyway, last week the rest of the super best friends were in there too, can’t really tell what mat and trey are saying here..any ideas?

25 October 2007, 16:32

Mike E Mike says:

Jesus was not imaginary. He walked the earth and taught peace ,love and understanding. That is a fact. The imaginary part is the water to wine ,fish, bread, son of God thing. Being a Atheist myself I don’t buy it but he beats the hell outta Mohammed (war, inolerance, death to non belivers) anyday

Kris says:

Great episode. This one felt more epic to me, but with not as many laughs as Episode 1. And the return of the woodland creatures was awesome. Kurt Russells little cameo was funny too. They should definetly ended the episode as a cliff hanger with Kyle still dead. Maybe have Cartman look up to the sky and scream “Nooooooooooooo” and then cut to credits.

25 October 2007, 20:25

Mimo says:

I think the end will have something with Cartman’s dry balls ;)

25 October 2007, 21:30

Klaus says:

I’ve got a feeling the Woodland Christmas Critters will get the AIDS they were looking for from Kurt Russell – one more celebrity Matt & Trey are going to make fun of!

By the way, who was the 9th member of the Council of Nine? It looked like it might be Gandalf or Merlin, or some other wizard. And what about the lady next to him, was it the Fairy Godmother? Any thoughts, anyone?

25 October 2007, 21:48

Klaus says:

Oh, and how the hell did the terrorists get into Imaginationland? Did they build a portal of their own? Use the alleged Chinese portal, like the Pentagon guys claim? I hope this question isn’t left unanswered in the final episode of this trilogy…

25 October 2007, 22:06

Stefanman says:

Good,i was expecting slightly better episode, but good job :D
5/5

I tottaly agree ^^
popeye LOL. they seem like loving to make fun of characters that don’t know how to talk (Rocky). XD

First half of episode was not that exciting, but the other half was extremely good

“That’s so funny how Jesus Christ is in imaginationland! So true how he’s made up (I’m atheist).” — Gspot

Please use logic next time. The physical evidence of Jesus’s existence is enormous, the real question is whether he was divine or merely mortal. Mike E. Mike gets it right.

Second of all, Matt and Trey aren’t saying that Jesus is imaginary, only that A version of him is. Jesus has played a part in several South Park episodes as a recurring character. As the boys are south park residents and so is jesus, they are not considered imaginary when they are in imagination land. In addition, the version of jesus at the “council of nine” states that “this is our home!” clearly implying that he lives there. The south park resident jesus would obviously not say this (since he lives in south park, duh) and cannot be the same jesus. Matt and Trey probably included that line to make the distinction even more obvious. Somehow you still missed it.

I’m an agnostic. Please apply logic next time, or you’ll miss what they’re really trying to say.

anonymous alex says:

The first episode of the trilogy was about 3.1415 times better then the second one, and I think the second one will be 45 degrees better than the third one…just like the Matrix and LOTR because what makes SP so entertaning is primarily the art of unpredictability of twists and surprises. knowing whats around the corner just isnt that exiciting. Or maybe I’m just so bored at work that I had read too much comments here.

Gspot says:

While some dispute the historical existence of Jesus, most historians agree that he did in fact exist. For me, it doesn’t really matter much whether he did or did not exist; it is his supernatural character and acts described in the Gospels that I reject as mythical nonsense.

26 October 2007, 05:55

Jeremy says:

I loved the “Gladiator” reference during Cartman’s dream when he is walking through a field, feeling the wheat. Hilarious stuff.

Lol, I loved it, Funniest episode yet, Thinner Ice then EVER!!

But to those talking about the jesus this bullsh*t, stfu

IT IS A SHOW MORONS, DON’T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY

So what if jesus was real or not

Has it crossed your mind that GOD wasn’t (or could be) in imagination land

who gives a f*ck, just love the show!!!

26 October 2007, 14:58

USER says:

I thought Morpheous was funnier, especially when he would interrupt people.

But the leprechaun was from imaginationland right? So that would make him imaginary and not real, and invalidate their contract. I hope to god Kyle doesn’t suck Cartman’s balls, it way funnier to watch him get dressed up in his cape and shit.

Sorry to offend you mate but there is just about ‘F’ All evidence of Jesus’s existence, physical or otherwise from the time that he lived.

Any refernces occur at least a century after his death. So before you start telling us to use logic read a history book BillyBobby.
Kind Regards

Jeremy says:

Nick has a valid point. There is a movie called “The God Who Wasn’t There” in which it is argued that Jesus did not actually exist. I’m not saying I agree with it, but it does make for an interesting viewing.

Richard says:

Great Episode.
There actually isn’t proof at all of Jesus’ existance, as what people call proof technically could be made up.
I’m agnostic, and my reasoning for that is that Nobody could be 100% certain either way whether there was a god or not….And I’m completely open to peoples beliefs and views so I’m not trying to start a religious argument here…but anyway great episode, I thought the ending was hilarious, “wake up kyle” hahahaha

I like that episode but i think that eric cartman is a fucking faggot for even comming up with that bet. Kyle should of kicked his ass..

i liked the manbearbig part and yes al gore has to come in and top that off.
also i love the part where the half ripped apart major was talking to butters and was like “if you want to go home just click your heels 3 times” and butters was like “really?!?!?!” and the major said “ of fucking course not! its fucking sarcasm you fucking idoit!” priceless.
and another thing people have there own views on religion just respect it and be mature if your atheist good on you and if your christian good on you

27 October 2007, 07:19

at last no episodes with gay little speeches. though it has many messages. i like in particular the non existence of god and the whole idea of terrorists attacking our imagination. I think it shows that indeed most of the terrorist attack presented from the U.S. is from their imagination!

jesus christ dudes i never meant to start a religious debate, but it is really funny how people get upset about it. this is exactly what mat and trey rip on when it comes to people and religion. long live south park. and god IS a buddhist.

29 October 2007, 21:24

Kieran Smith says:

i hate how gay they’re making cartman. this episode sucked! it was almost like a gay kid porn novel bein read out or sumthin. i think matt and trey have been far too dependant on cartman the last few seasons and need to have a bit of a broader mind when writing. cartman shud never have been made gay!

31 October 2007, 02:14

Theo says: I think it shows that indeed most of the terrorist attack presented from the U.S. is from their imagination!

Well said theo, terror = change in freedom. Cant you make out that Matt and Trey are saying that Terrorists are made up.. my right honorable friend.

Everyone else
Jesus and his powers do exist because you make them exist . “just because it’s imaginary doesn’t mean its not real”

is this the paradox we live in?

Believe what you want and make your own judgement. iam not trying to convince anybody of anything. I am as confused as klaus when it comes to religion. Doesn’t mean i can prove anything and neither can you.

cant wait for the next episode
