Cartman excitedly runs into the lunchroom, claiming the return of the era of classic mythological piracy. Having misinterpreted the news, he believes Somalia to be a tropical paradise of "waterfalls and skull islands", where the boys can live a luxurious life free of responsibility. Sensing an opportunity to be rid of Cartman, Kyle encourages him to go, even offering to help pay for his ticket. When Cartman suspiciously asks why Kyle doesn't himself want to go, Kyle placates him by playing into his prejudices, claiming that Jews can't be pirates. Satisfied, Cartman goes on the school's P.A. system, recruiting people to his new pirate club, as long as they weren't Jewish, Mexican, or ginger.
